Job Description: Sales Executive/Sales Engineer

Department: Services
Reporting to: Sales Manager / CEO
Function: Sales

Job Purpose:
To sell tank cleaning services, build strong client relationships, and cross-sell additional services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for tank cleaning services.
  • Build and maintain a client database.
  • Manage CRM records and report sales progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business.

Performance Metrics:

  • New clients onboarded, purchase orders, and financial growth.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous learning and personal development.

Growth and Development:

  • Sales, product/service, and personal productivity training.
  • Access to online resources for health, finance, and personal development.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Graduation (any field).
  • Preferred: Technical Degree/Diploma, MBA.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (B2B preferred).
