Reporting to: Sales Manager / CEO
Function: Sales
Job Purpose:
To sell tank cleaning services, build strong client relationships, and cross-sell additional services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for tank cleaning services.
- Build and maintain a client database.
- Manage CRM records and report sales progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
Performance Metrics:
- New clients onboarded, purchase orders, and financial growth.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuous learning and personal development.
Growth and Development:
- Sales, product/service, and personal productivity training.
- Access to online resources for health, finance, and personal development.
Qualifications:
- Required: Graduation (any field).
- Preferred: Technical Degree/Diploma, MBA.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (B2B preferred).
