Market Strategy

• Potential territory mapping for poultry feed additives
• Potential Key customer identification
• Planning and organizing Business meetings
• Key Client Customer Contact Program

Business Generation

• Sales Target achievement
• Revenue generation as per the plan
• Business Financials
• Negotiation on prize & the project quantities
• Finalization of Distribution Agreement
• Coordination with regulatory person for registration of the product.

Financial Management

• Ensure Timely Realization
• Maintaining the business profitability by better realization and low expenditure

Market Development

• Organizing poultry meets and seminars
• Tie up with important consultants
• Building rapport with customers
• Competitor Analysis
• New Account Break-thru
• Travel to the distributors market

Business Expansion 

• New product identification and survey

Trial Data Generation

• Initiating and monitoring the field trials on the existing products and products under development

Business Strategies 

• Making of appropriate business strategies for area under control
• Distribution set up
• Logistic support
• Inventory management

 Required Skills

• Poultry feed supplements, additives & medicine sales experience of 1-3 years
• Ability to generate and retain revenue.
• Ability to Work under pressure
• Performance Driven & Focused on results
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Sales & Marketing Related/B.Pharm

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
