Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Job Overview: As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring smooth operations, and maximizing sales across various e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, logistics, and product teams to enhance the customer shopping experience and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain the company’s online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including inventory management, product data entry, pricing, and promotions.

Product & Content Management:
- Work with the marketing and product teams to create engaging product descriptions, images, and videos that enhance the customer experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase product visibility and optimize conversions.

Sales & Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze sales data and website performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Order Fulfillment & Customer Service:
- Ensure smooth order processing, timely fulfillment, and accurate tracking for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and shipping via email, chat, or phone.

Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media promotions, PPC ads).
- Implement discount strategies, sales promotions, and seasonal offers to increase sales.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our competitive positioning in the market.

Technology & Process Optimization:
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and industry best practices.
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
