Job Title: Crew Member (Burger Making & Kitchen Support)

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Crew Member. As part of our kitchen team, you will support the burger-making process, assist in food preparation, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients for burger-making and kitchen operations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food served to customers.
• Help assemble and package burgers and other menu items according to set recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and keeping workstations neat.
• Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking processes.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle customer orders efficiently and professionally.
• Support in receiving and storing inventory and ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safety (training will be provided).
