Right now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be leading and driving the strategic growth of our products and service offerings in the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across India.
· Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and business partners to expand the company’s market presence.
· Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic roadmaps for entering and scaling in new markets, leveraging existing products and services.
· Identify and pursue growth opportunities in Services for Business domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing, and Manufacturing.
· Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all business functions.
· Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team to ensure branding, messaging, and market positioning resonate with target regions and industries.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure business unit goals are met.
Requirements
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development in the domains such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing and Manufacturing (non IT)
· Knowledge of RnD product launch methodology – cabinet research, cust dev, lead gen
· Knowledge of the startup, venture India landscape would be an advantage
· Strong BD experience and network in India
