Job Description :
Outsourcing call center "Yellow Calls" provides high-quality services to customers, including telemarketing, customer support, database collection, and market monitoring. Currently, we are seeking a Head of Call Centre in India.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient and profitable overall functioning of the Call Centre.
- Staff management.
- Budgeting, cost management, financial performance analysis, and handling accounts receivable.
- Responsible for business development, actively looking for new customers and maintaining current ones.
- Participation in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Interaction with the Head Office.
- Standardization and streamlining of all the operational processes within the Call Centre.
Who we are looking for:
-Experience working as an Operational Manager or Business Development Manager or a Head of a call center which provides services to external clients (not in-house!).
- Experience managing teams of at least 30 people.
