Job Description:
HR & Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Manage payroll, benefits, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
Handle performance management, including evaluations and appraisals.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Organize training programs and employee development initiatives.
Administration:
Manage facility maintenance, security, and vendor relations.
Oversee office inventory, asset management, and travel logistics.
Ensure record keeping, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations.
