Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Analyst with hands-on experience in managing paid search and social campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, certification in Google Ads/Meta Blueprint, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, and a collaborative mindset are essential.


Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- To achieve client goals, plan, create, and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for performance through bid strategies, targeting, and creative development.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting to drive ROI.

Client & Budget Management:

- Manage ad budgets of ₹3-4 Lakhs INR monthly, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through performance reporting to clients.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Create detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
- Track and achieve performance goals such as CTR, cost per conversion, and ROAS.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Coordinate with Managers, SEO teams, and stakeholders to integrate digital marketing strategies and provide insights regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Technical Skills Required:

Google Ads: Proficiency in Search, Display, Performance Max campaigns, Dynamic Ads, and Conversion Tracking.
Meta Ads: Expertise in Ads Manager, audience insights, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences.
Analytics & Tools: Knowledge of GA4, Tableau/Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot, and advanced Excel.
Tracking & Reporting: Experience with UTM parameters, Pixel tracking, and event-based conversion monitoring.

Non-Technical Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client reporting and collaboration.
Proactive and adaptable to evolving trends and challenges in digital marketing.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

 Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Understanding of industry-specific compliance or advertising guidelines (e.g., healthcare, finance).
