2. Amazon Brand Registry & Intellectual Property
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Amazon Brand Registry and intellectual property management.
Proven expertise in identifying and removing unauthorized sellers from Amazon & E-commerce Marketplace listings.

3. Amazon Case Management & Problem-Solving
Expert in raising and managing Amazon Seller Support case logs (tickets).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues and achieve effective resolutions.
Ability to follow up on cases, provide supporting evidence, and escalate issues when required.
4. Amazon Listing & Marketplace Management
Good understanding of how E-commerce Marketplace listings work and practical experience creating, managing, and optimizing product listings.
Knowledge of listing requirements, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, and product variations.
Experience managing listings and marketplace operations on Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
5. Business & Growth Mindset

Experience Required
