Work Experience: 8–10 Years in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Purchasing, Materials Management Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, required    1. A minimum of 8 years’ collective experience working in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, or similar functions and having casting and forging experience is a must.   2.Advanced knowledge of sourcing processes.    3. Knowledge of the RFQ Process, Cost Comparison, and Vendor Management   4. Knowledge of Negotiation Tools, ZBC, Cost Settlement, and Sourcing Strategy   5. Good Castings and Forging Supplier Base in Rajkot Region   6. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for assigned commodities   7. Excellent change management skills and demonstrated ability to lead change   8. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint    9. Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions.   10. Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups.    11.
