Process sides maintain all parameters on daily basis, implementation of GAUGE R&R system, PDCA & FMEA activity. Implementation of KAIZEN. Total manufacturing process i.e. CAM software, CNC operation, imaging, plating etching, masking, HAL or solder process, BBT and FQC. Conduct trials for new supplier /new Machines and process validationof this product /Machine. Check and maintain all documentation on daily basis.
