Hands on experience of CNC Prog. & machining (HAAS, FANUC, SIEMENS, ROBOFILL, ELECTRONICA, CHARMILLS TECH., AGIE-CHARMILLS SRP EDM CONTROLLS).
Process sides maintain all parameters on daily basis, implementation of GAUGE R&R system, PDCA & FMEA activity.
Implementation of KAIZEN.
Total manufacturing process i.e. CAM software, CNC operation, imaging, plating etching, masking, HAL or solder process, BBT and FQC.
Conduct trials for new supplier /new Machines and process validationof this product /Machine.
Check and maintain all documentation on daily basis.
Daily rejection, rework analysis and production analysis by maintaining records of production, rework, rejection, downtime and absenteeism, prepare shift production summary.
