Good knowledge of new product development cycle and process and Product Life Cycle Management
Proficient in 3D modeling and drawing using CAD Software
Good working Knowledge of GD&T,Design related calculations.
Good Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.
Should be Self-Motivated, Adaptive, Passionate about results and a Good Team Player.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Key role in project planning.
Assembling the fixture as per design standard.
Assembly of standard parts i.e. Hydraulic Cylinders, Pushers, and Work support.
Fixture to be proving up to customer end,
Key role in project planning.
Assembly of 4thaxis cradle arrangement
Prepare the concept layout.
Finalize the fixture with the proper guiding & location component.
Efficiently drafting, detailing, the section with BOM, GD & T, Machining Symbols
Hydraulic fixtures for VMC & HMC, Welding Fixtures, Relation Gauges, Dies Sets, PDC Dies, Press Tools, Plastic Moulds
