Summary: B2B Integrations Developer / Analyst
The B2B Integrations Developer/Analyst is part of an Agile team, combining both technical development and analytical roles to facilitate smooth integration processes for B2B systems. This hybrid position involves using data and technology to solve complex problems while ensuring clear documentation and communication between business and technical teams. The Developer/Analyst will work across the full product lifecycle—from initial development and testing through launch and ongoing support, continuously improving solutions. Responsibilities include customer EDI mappings, integrations, and serving as the primary contact for coordinating user acceptance testing and post-production support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development & Integration:
- Develop and maintain code following standards and guidelines set by the digital product group.
- Build and maintain reliable products, ensuring integrations with APIs, EDI, and other systems.
- Participate in story planning and estimation, ensuring accurate estimates and timely delivery.
- Continuously monitor and tune solutions for optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop, test, and deploy integration mappings (e.g., EDI, CSV, API) based on business requirements.
Analysis & Collaboration:
- Liaise between business and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document use cases, ensuring technical clarity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in backlog prioritization based on business needs.
- Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate changes meet requirements.
Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Support system monitoring, responding to and managing support queues.
- Provide initial post-go-live support and resolve any maintenance issues.
- Identify issue patterns and participate in root cause analysis and resolution.
- Maintain and update documentation for integrations and technical systems.

Developer Duties
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to use Git to push, pull and merge code
- Can debug code independently
- Ability to work with indistinct requirements from an analyst when developing code
- Can work with the following coding languages/frameworks: Altova, SQL, NoSQL, Java C# Understands of how to integrate with various APIs
Analyst Duties
- Strong leadership, team building, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to function autonomously and use good judgment in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, shifting needs and moderate ambiguity
- Experience with CSV, API, XML, EDI / X12, EDIFACT, SQL, iDoc, JSON
- Knowledge in Transportation Management Systems (eg: CargoWise)
- Knowledge or experience with middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, BizTalk)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or 4+ years equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Minimal to no travel required, up to once per Quarter
