HRBP based at Mumbai (HO)
Job Description:
1. HRBP
• Monitor end to end employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead communication campaigns around policies and drive100% governance and
adherence to On-roll statutory compliances.
• Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities & last mile delivery along with relevant
stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle & Self-service matters like Claims, Exit Clearances
etc.
• Partner with Leadership team in timely communication and roll out of all employees
related policies and ensure timely redressal of all employee queries and grievances.
• Design and communicate HR policies effectively.
• Participate in audits to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct compliance audits and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Report compliance status to management.
• Coordinate and execute special projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet changing business requirements.
2. Talent Acquisition:
• Analyse job descriptions for accuracy and relevance to current organizational needs.
• Refine job descriptions based on feedback from hiring managers and HR team members
to attract top talent.
• Monitor the progress of recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening,
and interviewing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all positions and corresponding job descriptions in the HR
Management System (HRMS).
• Ensure the HRMS accurately reflects the current organizational structure and staffing
requirements.
• Align new job descriptions with organizational goals, ensuring they reflect the necessary
skills and qualifications for successful recruitment.
3. Employer Branding:
• Partner with the marketing team to create and execute employer branding campaigns.
• Develop content and communication strategies that highlight the company’s culture,
values, and career opportunities.
• Manage employer branding platforms, including the company careers page, social media,
and job boards.
• Analyze and benchmark employer branding efforts against industry standards, ensuring
competitive positioning.
4. Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement pre-onboarding strategies to create a seamless candidate-to-
employee transition.
• Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate company culture,
values, and objectives.
• Continuously refine onboarding workflows based on feedback and benchmarking with
industry best practices.
5. Engagement:
• Design and execute engagement programs that foster a sense of belonging, motivation,
and purpose among employees.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to promote activities, events, and
initiatives that build a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor engagement metrics, such as employee satisfaction and retention, and use
insights to drive improvements.
