Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager for software products to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing New Customer Requests:

• Receive, assess, and process incoming customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Guide prospects and customers to the appropriate contact, product, or service to meet their needs

2. Administrative Management of Customer Renewals:

• Handle the renewal of straightforward contracts independently
• Support the sales team in preparing renewal proposals and purchase orders for more complex contracts
• Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information
• Track and ensure timely follow-up on contract renewal deadlines

3. Contract Management:

• Assist in the creation of new contracts for new sales opportunities
• Develop contracts for existing customers without current agreements to facilitate smoother renewal processes

Qualifications & Strengths

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business, sales, administration, management or similar
• 5+ years of experience, if possible, in sales, support, back office or customer service
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1)
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Rigorous, organized, excellent relational skills, autonomous, proactive and ability to adapt

*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 11 AM - 7.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
