Job Description:

Job Summary:

The National Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs across all company locations to ensure employee development, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees the creation of training materials, manages training delivery methods, and ensures consistent standards across the organization. The National Training Manager collaborates with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to improve performance, productivity, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee training programs and initiatives to meet the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Create training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to various roles and departments.
  • Ensure that training programs align with industry standards, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, focus groups, performance evaluations, and feedback from leadership.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Align training initiatives with organizational strategies and priorities.

Performance and Metrics:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze employee progress and the impact of training on productivity and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on training effectiveness and ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage regional training teams or training facilitators to ensure consistent delivery across locations.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the training team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in training execution.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Leverage e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other digital tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new learning technologies, and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in training and development, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale training programs.

Skills and Competencies:
