Working Days: Mon-Sat (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage logistics and supply chain activities, ensure smooth warehouse operations, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will coordinate deliveries, oversee inventory, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Track shipments and manage logistics documentation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
