Job Description:

Channel Partner Management:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners, distributors, and dealers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to enhance business growth.
- Conduct regular partner performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets through channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for channel growth.
- Ensure the effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns through partners.

Training and Support:
- Provide partners with product knowledge, training, and sales tools to enable successful sales execution.
- Address partner queries and concerns to ensure a seamless sales process.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report channel sales performance using KPIs and metrics.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets to align with organizational objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with channel partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer escalations effectively and promptly through partners.
