Job Description:

Need Female Maharashtrian candidate only.

 Basically she should be good in making google analytics. She should prepare different kinds of Facebook advertisements. She should prepare paid promotions campaigns. She should be able to handle websites like handling website management. She should have experience of Search Engine Optimization. She should be able to handle time to time social trends. She should be able to make social media plans.

  

Age criteria should be in-between 25 to 35.

She should be from FMCG Industry. I mean she should have experience of Digital Marketing from FMCG Industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital Strategy & Execution:
o Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more.
o Develop innovative strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
o Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.
2. Content Management:
o Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content such as reels,
posts, blogs, and videos.
o Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
3. SEO/SEM Management:
o Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
o Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and track performance.
4. Social Media Management:
o Monitor, engage, and analyse social media channels to increase audience
engagement.
o Create and manage ad campaigns on social platforms.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and measure the performance of all digital campaigns using tools like
Google Analytics
o Analyze campaign data to track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA,
and ROI
o Prepare detailed reports on ROI and KPIs for management review.
6. E-commerce Support:
o Coordinate with the e-commerce team to boost product visibility and sales
across online platforms.

7. Collaborations:
o Identify and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and other collaborators for
brand promotion.
8. Market Trends:
o Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement
innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor is degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience in digital marketing.
 Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and more.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
insights.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
