We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Accounts Receivables Executive to join our team.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office (Rajpath Rangoli Road), where the successful candidate will handle accounts receivables responsibilities while working in an Australian time zone shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

The role is ideal for someone with theoretical knowledge in Accounts Receivables and some practical exposure, who is eager to grow in this field and work in a collaborative environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the accounts department and develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivables: Assist in managing outstanding invoices, follow up with clients for payment collections, and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

• Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain detailed customer records, including payment history, outstanding balances, and communication logs.

• Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Invoice Processing: Ensure timely and accurate generation and dispatch of invoices as per company guidelines.

• Communication: Interact with clients and internal teams via emails and calls to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any issues related to accounts receivables.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on receivables status, including aging reports, outstanding balances, and collections progress.
