Job Description:
Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will support the automation team by creating and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes. You will work closely with senior developers and business analysts to identify processes that can be automated and help build efficient workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure RPA solutions meet functional requirements and are error-free.
- Maintain and improve existing automated processes, making updates as needed for optimization and scalability.
- Document automated workflows, including process design documents and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with RPA technologies and best practices to continuously improve automation capabilities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
