Site Supervisor (Construction) on Paud road in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min 7+ years experience in construction site supervision.
Work location: on Paud raod in Pune (10 min from Bavdhan)

Purpose:
To monitor assigned building activities by Sr. engineer.
To support senior staff to achieve the common goal.
To supervise of all ongoing activities.
To control the wastages.
To maintain daily record of material & labour.
Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping & safety within building.

Job description:

1) Monitor:
To supervise all ongoing activities with help of senior staff as per SOP.
To monitor contractors manpower to achieve on daily basis scheduled dates.
2) Training & Development:
To train contractor workers & guide to follow working methodology.
3) Quality control:
To understand specified methodology for each activity to the contractor & labors.
To supervise the activities executed on site with least error and material wastage.
To maintain house-keeping with the overall good assistance from contractors.
4) Documentation:
To maintain daily labour report and record material consumption.
To maintain all drawing folder & record in proper manner like transmittal, work order consultant visit certificates & reconciliation records etc.
To maintain all billing & work files in secure way.
5) Safety:
To barricade & close all ducts with safety material to avoid accidents.
To ensure all laborers and visitors are following safety norms & using PPE.
To ensure building having hard hat area like proper entrance.
To maintain first Aid & take corrective action in time safety.
6) Reconciliation:
To avoid wastage of material like cement, sand, tile, steel excess than the specified limit or the limit mentioned in work order.
To maintain record of the issued material to avoid further ambiguity at the time of reconciliation.
To support audit person at the time of monthly stock checking & reconciliation.
