Job Description:

Designation: IT Manager-Zoho Administrator

Experience: 4.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)

Job Location: Mumbai, Colaba

Salary Range:
 Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and (alternate Sat off and Sun fixed off)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Zoho Administration:
    • Manage, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
    • Develop and implement workflows, automation scripts (Deluge), and custom functions.
    • Integrate third-party applications and APIs to expand system capabilities.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and regular audits.
    • Provide training and ongoing support for team members using Zoho tools.
  2. IT Operations Support:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues across the organization.
    • Collaborate on website management, CMS updates, and performance enhancements.
  3. System Development & Implementation:
    • Identify and implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate and upgrade systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects.
    • Serve as a point of contact for IT troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure uninterrupted support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Zoho CRM, Books & Inventory administration and related tools.
  • Expertise in Zoho scripting and automation.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Certifications in Zoho CRM Administration (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
  • Knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
  • Experience in IT system integration and process optimization.
