Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations.
Handle secretarial compliance for listed and unlisted companies in the group.
Manage all statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
Regulatory Filings and Coordination:
Filing and maintaining statutory records and returns.
Liaison with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, ROC, and Stock Exchanges.
Corporate Governance:
Support in Board and Committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, and minutes.
Ensure timely disclosures and compliance with corporate governance norms.
Capital Market Activities:
Manage processes related to preferential issues, rights issues, and any other corporate action.
Advisory:
Provide guidance to the management on compliance-related matters and best practices.
Advise on strategic initiatives from regulatory perspective.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Experience: Experienced candidates with exposure to secretarial work, SEBI compliances.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of corporate laws and SEBI regulations.
Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment
