Job Description:
A human resources (HR) manager plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of a company's HR departmentThey are responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of employees, as well as ensuring compliance with HR regulations. 
 
Responsibilities
    • Recruitment
      Oversee the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates 
       
  • Training and development
    Create and manage training programs, and ensure employees receive adequate training 
     
  • Benefits
    Plan and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, compensation, and leave 
     
  • Performance management
    Develop and implement performance management processes, and conduct performance reviews 
     
  • Compliance
    Ensure compliance with local and national HR regulations, such as labor laws and equal employment opportunity laws 
     
  • Employee relations
    Address employee-related issues, such as disputes, grievances, and disciplinary procedures 
     
  • Policies and procedures
    Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, and ensure employees follow them 
     
  • Communication
    Serve as a link between management and employees, and communicate with employees about leave policies and procedures 
     
Skills Business acumen, Adaptability, Ability to identify and recommend improvements, Ability to research compensation standards, and Ability to create and update employee handbooks.
