Accountant AR O2C
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Review open AR listing daily and apply cash receipts
• Prepare weekly AR reports for business team leads and department management
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
• Complete reconciliations of unmatched payments to ensure proper and timely application
• Create and update basic reports and spreadsheets
• Provide payment plans basis customer requirement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 2-4 years experience in AR, OTC, Collection and CashApp.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit Management and Collections procedures
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good customer handling skills
Work Environment:
Shift & Working Days: US Shift/ 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid Role, mix of work form office and home.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
