We have an opening for Senior Production Engineer.

Position – Senior Production Engineer

Location -Verna ,Goa

Working days – Mon to Sat

Job description –

Responsibilities:

• Smooth operation of the machinery and shop floor
• Planning production on a day-to-day basis, from raw materials to number of manpower required
• Identify current and potential product shortages, develop, and execute recovery plans
• Knowledge of SAP

• Keeping coordination with maintenance everyday working all machines 
• With co ordination of Supervisors and Maintenance Manager ‘s has to keep spares of all machine in stock to avoid any machine break down with documentation

• Develop and update the monthly production plan based on sales and dispatch priorities.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch Team for production scheduling.
• Plan machine-wise production with proper documentation.
• Monitor daily production with supervisors and optimize manpower utilization.
•  Plan dispatches, urgent orders, and stock allocation efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, conduct capacity planning, and optimize stock levels.
• Maintain effective layout designs and coordinate with the planning team.
