We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive business growth in the service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their service needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
