Job Title: Forging shop specialist

 Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary: 7000-8000 SAR

Working hours: 48hrs/ week

Roles and Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

The forging manager approves the plan such as production plan, work order, work procedure, quality improvement and facility management prepared by the engineer of the heating, flame cutting and forging group, and manages the execution.

• The process manager approves the plan such as production plan, work order, and facility management prepared by the engineer of the heating, forging, crane and flame cutting group and manages the execution.
• Weekly Production plan review and approve.
• Work order review and approve.
• Workforce management
• Factory investment and Improvement
• Coordination and management of maintenance plan and production plan.

Job Requirements-

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in materials engineering.
• Experience: A person with more than 10 years of experience in forging.
• Certifications: Certificate of completion of education related to materials engineering, and/or experience certificate.
• Knowledge: Understanding of forging products, steel materials, and processes.
• Risk Assessment Skills Evaluate the work safety of the forging process to establish a work plan and understand management.
• Communication and Leadership: At least 5 years of leadership in a manager or higher position in a forging factory.
