Regional Team Lead-Private Wealth/Delhi/Mumbai
Job Description:
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets.
- Identify high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients to expand the business.
- Ensure strong cross-selling of wealth products, including structured products, bonds, PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, and insurance.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Private Wealth Managers.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor achievements through regular reviews.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills of the team.
3. Client Relationship & Advisory Services:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.
- Provide investment solutions based on risk profiling and financial objectives.
- Ensure best-in-class advisory services and proactive client engagement.
4. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI, SEBI, and NBFC regulatory guidelines.
- Mitigate financial and operational risks by implementing best practices.
- Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and governance in wealth management.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine product offerings and client strategies.
