Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
  • Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software.
