Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
- Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll management and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software.
