Job Description:

We are hiring Executive Reconciliation for leading jewellery manufacturer that caters to the leading retail stores across India

Designation – Executive Reconciliation

Experience: 2+ Years

CTC: Best in industry

Location: Andheri East (MIDC)

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Timings: 9 am to 5.30 pm

Job Description:

• Perform daily, monthly reconciliations/ Stock of various accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to gather information and resolve outstanding items.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reconciliation activities.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring timely completion of reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices related to reconciliation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial controls and compliance.
• Prepare reports in Excel using Macros & verify reconciliations on Power BI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performing reconciliation activities, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
