We are looking for Payroll Manager / Senior Payroll Executive for Leading HR Outsourcing Company.

Position - HR Payroll Manager

Location -Mazgaon, Byculla

Working days - 5 days

Time - 9 hrs 

Job Description -

• Payroll processing: Oversee the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and social security contributions
• Team Handling Exp in handling the Team of 4 Executives.
• Payroll records: Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, including payslips and management reports
• Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Employee benefits: Manage employee benefits and insurance plans
• Communication: Communicate complex payroll information to employees, Clients.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information, including personal and financial data with integrity and discretion
• Policies and procedures: Maintain and update payroll policies and procedures
