Position:          Production Engineer

Location:          Palej - Bharuch

Experience:      4 -6 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:        

• Process Optimization: Responsible for overseeing the production process of membranes & Execution, Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs,
• Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of production equipment.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Training: Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.

Required Skills:

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation

Required Qualification: -  CIPET/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
