Position:          Asst. Manager - R&D cum Quality

Location:         Palej - Bharuch

Experience:     8 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control (QC): Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements. Develop and improve QC protocols and SOPs to maintain consistency in product quality. Address quality issues by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Research & Development (R&D): Lead R&D activities to develop innovative products, improve existing processes, and address customer needs. Guide the R&D team in conducting experiments, analysing results, and achieving project objectives. Stay updated with advancements in chemical technology and recommend improvements.
• Plant Support and Issue Resolution: Work closely with plant teams to identify and resolve quality and technical challenges. Provide hands-on guidance to the production team for maintaining process efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Guidance: Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC and R&D teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Assign responsibilities, review performance, and guide team members in achieving their goals.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of quality testing, lab results, and R&D experiments. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior management.

Required Qualification: - CIPET/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic
