Manager - ESG Finance- Mumbai

Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Sustainability Reporting coordinates the Group’s external and internal sustainability reporting to
ensure that our reporting reinforces our sustainability and community engagement strategy and aligns with best
practice in India and across the NBFC markets.

 Monitor reporting standards and best practices including the Integrated Reporting Framework (IRF), Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB Standards and other specific requirements to ensure the Company continues
to report and disclose information consistent with industry best practice.
 Reporting on Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) under SEBI regulations.
 Assist the team for the coordination of BRSR, ESG & Sustainability related data points with internal
stakeholders.
 Understanding of 9 BRSR core for financial services industry, handling assurance audit.
 Drafting policies, do research on selected ESG topics
 Manage the Company’s annual year end sustainability disclosures. These include the annual sustainability
summary, contributions to the Annual Report, case studies, videos and reporting on the Company’s
Sustainability Aspirations.
 Contribute to Company’s submissions for sustainability indices such as the Dow Jones Sustainability Index
(DJSI) etc.
 Manage the sustainability content on Company website, and design the layout for sustainability content.
 Engage closely with the CSR team and Marketing team.
 Enjoy hands-on work with ESG data and embrace change.
 Prepare and maintain internal communication packs including ensuring all community programme and
sustainability messages are updated two times per year and preparing and developing slide presentations and
videos on sustainability and community engagement for use at the Company level.
