Job Description:

Experience- Minimum 3 years
5 Days working
Rotational shifts along with night shifts
Age- 25-30.

Only Male candidate

First round will be virtual , 2nd will be F2F

Responsibilities- 1. Supervising the Team: Overseeing the daily activities of the desktop
support team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
2. Setting Goals: Defining and communicating team objectives aligned with
organizational goals.
3. Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing
regular feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
4. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and ensuring the team is
equipped with up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.

Qualification- Graduate in any stream.

Technical skills- 1. Windows OS: Advanced knowledge of Windows (e.g., Windows
10/11, Server editions) including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and group
policy management.
2. MacOS/Linux: Basic to intermediate knowledge of MacOS and Linux systems for
cross-platform support.
3. PC Hardware: Expertise in assembling, diagnosing, and repairing desktops, laptops,
and peripherals.
Printers and Scanners: Understanding of configuration, troubleshooting, and
maintenance of multifunction devices.
9.VDI: Familiarity with virtual desktop environments (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix).
10. Deployment Tools: Experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar tools for mass
deployments.
11. AD Management: Expertise in user account management, password resets, group
policy objects (GPO), and permissions.
13. Data Recovery: Familiarity with tools and procedures for recovering lost data.
Backup Systems: Managing backup software and ensuring backup integrity.

2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
3. Excellent time management
4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Very Good English Communication Skills and Good E-mail Etiquettes

Others- Should stay between Virar to Dadar and should be comfortable in travelling at
client location. Also, must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
