HR - Payroll Executive

- Manage the payroll process for all assigned clients,
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS & LWF etc.)
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills – 1. Minimum 2-6 Years of working experience in Payroll Compliance Management profile
2. Must have handled payroll processing of minimum 200-400 staffs for Company/Client
3. Required knowledge of calculating taxes and employee wages
4. Computer literacy, especially MS office and payroll software such as Excel with HRMS and VLOOKUP.
5. Self-motivation and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
