Job Description:

Job Title: Branch Incharge - Trade
Experience: Minimum 3 years of team handling (with at least 5 on-role employees)
Age Limit: Up to 42 years
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Preferred Industry Experience:

• MDF, Plywood, Veneer, PVC, Blockboard, Doors
• Laminates, Adhesives, Architectural Hardware
• Glass, Wood Coating

Non-Preferred Industry Experience:

• Cement, Paints

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across South Gujarat.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of at least 5 on-role employees, ensuring high performance.
• Channel Sales Management: Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Administration & Branch Operations: Oversee branch activities, sales operations, and daily business functions.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
• Target Achievement: Ensure revenue and sales goals are met within the assigned territory.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to stay competitive.

• Must have experience in channel sales within the preferred industries.
• Strong leadership, sales, and administration experience.
• Proven ability to handle sales, operations, and team management.
