Job Description:

Designation: Manager Accounts

Experience: CA or ICWA with 2-5 yrs experience and Inter CA or ICWA with 5-14 yrs of experience

Job Location: Mumbai, Nariman Point

Salary Range:
 Best in industry Mobile Reimbursement , LTA , Annual Bonus, Pf , Gratuity 

Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and (Sat and Sun fixed off)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) (mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in financial consolidation in a listed company.
  • Strong exposure to IND AS compliance and reporting.
  • Prior experience in handling statutory audits and SEBI filings is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Consolidation
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the organization, in compliance with IND AS and other applicable standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of group financial performance
  • Maintain records of consolidation workings and adjustments for audit and compliance purposes.
  1. Compliance with IND AS & Reporting Standards
  • Ensure all financial statements and records adhere to IND AS, especially for payables, receivables, revenue recognition, and financial instruments.
  • Prepare and provide necessary disclosures and notes to accounts for compliance with listing requirements.
  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
  • Oversee the accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) function
  • Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, follow ups, vendor reconciliations, and aging analysis.
  • Manage GST and TDS compliance related to vendor payments.
  1. Statutory Audit & Regulatory Compliance
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits and provide all required information.
  • Prepare financial reports and disclosures for SEBI and other regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including GST, Income Tax, and SEBI listing obligations.
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Provide consolidated data for financial planning, analysis, and budgeting purposes.
  • Support the finance team in preparing management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts.
  1. Financial Accounting
  • Review of day today accounting entries, Ledger Scrutiny etc.
  • Verify Stock Statement to be submitted to Working Capital Lender
  • Review of Bank Reconciliation
  • Oversee accounts receivables and payables
  1. Other
  • Prepare Capex Project Report Actual vs Budget
