Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Brief Description:

We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote our crane rental services and generate new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, manufacturing, and related industries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Prepare and present proposals and quotations for crane rental services.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Travel in the region and outside the region to make new client relationships

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or equipment rental industry.
* Strong understanding of crane operations and their applications. Or must be a fast learner about new business or product.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Other Requisites:

a) Salary: 30,000 to 40,000
b) Candidates from states other than Chhattisgarh are preferred
c) Experience of a minimum of 5 years as a Sales Operative in a related service or sales company
