Job Description:

Overview:  The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for working closely with team members on support and reporting as well as ensuring data integrity within the system of Workday HCM solutions for our business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM solution combining strong functional expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

o    Assisting the HRIS users with Workday functionality on modules like Core HR and Recruiting.
o    Monitoring and resolution of Workday incidents and support services, with adherence to SLA’s and responsibility for appropriate execution of relevant follow-up actions.
o    Ensure appropriate documentation of Workday support maintenance activities and process changes, for future reference and audits.
o    Responsible in data loads to workday system through EIB.
o    Responsible in building reports as per the request from stakeholders.
o    Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
o    Provide expert-level support to HR users, troubleshooting system issues, and guiding users on best practices for utilizing Workday functionality.
o    Preparing or updating the SOP document on the performed task.
o    Participate in testing efforts for Workday releases, patches, and new feature deployments.
o    Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided through Ticket tracking system like Service Now.
o    Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the efficient operation of Workday modules and the integrity of HR data.

Requirements:

  • Education: Business administration or MBA (Mandate)
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in Workday HRIS L1 Project, to manage day-to-day system support as per the relevant governance and service delivery protocols.
  • Skills (Mandatory) (Note: list of skills needed to perform the role):
    • Experience working in Workday modules such as Core HCM and Recruiting
    •  Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with Stakeholders effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Skills (Good to Have) (Note: list of skills that will add value to the role):
    • Extensive experience with Workday HCM System
    • Thorough understanding of HR processes.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications: Possess Workday HCM certification is a plus but not mandatory.
