CRM Executive
Job Description:
Job Overview: We are looking for a CRM Executive who is eager to make an impact in the world of client relations and communication. This position requires someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders, using communication tools like WhatsApp, email, print and other channels to create a refreshing take on trust, deliver key messaging and enhance client experience. Key Responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Management: ○ Keep clients informed about key business updates, relevant offerings, and wealth management tips. ○ Respond to client queries and requests with a helpful and solution-oriented approach and timely follow-ups.
● Communication & Engagement:Develop and distribute content for clients, including newsletters, event invitations, and tailored communications. ○ Leverage the power of technology and AI to develop vernacular content, ensuring our communication reaches maximum audience and enhances brand penetration. ○ Design and implement engaging WhatsApp communication strategies to maintain a steady connection with clients. ○ Handle occasion-based communication such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other special milestones.
● Business & Partner Relations: ○ Foster strong, professional relationships with business partners to facilitate growth opportunities. ○ Support partner communications, including updates on business highlights, financial markets, global events and other relevant news. ○ Collaborate with internal teams to create content for external communications.
● Event & Business Highlights: ○ Assist in organizing client-facing events, webinars, and seminars, ensuring all communication aligns with brand messaging. ○ Promote key business highlights of the same and drive engagement for optimum client acquisition.
Qualifications: ● Education: ○ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Experience: ○ No prior experience required. Fresh graduates with an interest in CRM, marketing, and client relations are encouraged to apply.
● Skills: ○ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative content creation. ○ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms is a plus
○ Ability to craft clear, engaging, and client-friendly messages tailored to different audiences. ○ High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ○ An understanding of the financial services sector is a plus but not mandatory.
