Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in both technical and functional aspects, particularly within the banking domain. As a Techno-Functional Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing support, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth channel services. Your expertise in SQL, Unix/Linux operating systems, and banking applications will be crucial in delivering optimal solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for banking applications, resolving technical issues related to integration, channel services, and databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and support integration efforts between banking systems and third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless communication.

Oversee the operation of banking channels ensuring high availability, performance, and timely issue resolution.

Leverage SQL skills to manage and query databases, optimize performance, and handle data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

Utilize knowledge of Unix/Linux systems to maintain server health, create automation scripts, and perform necessary troubleshooting or system configuration.

Work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and deliver results that meet business objectives.

Maintain clear documentation of system processes, integration setups, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting guides. Share knowledge with team members and provide training when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in providing technical support and resolving complex issues across banking applications and integrations.

Solid understanding of channel services and banking operations.
- Proficient in SQL for database management, query optimization, and data extraction.

Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with integration technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to issue resolution.

Qualification : B.E. /B.Tech / M. Sc./ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science/ Information Technology .
Drive Timings : 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Beyond this time no candidate will be entertained)
Note :
