Job Description:

We are looking for a Distribution Network Sales Executive to build and strengthen our distribution network for CCTV and surveillance products. The ideal candidate will manage distributor relationships, develop new channel partners, and ensure consistent growth in product sales through a robust distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Distributor Relationship Management   
  • Identify, onboard, and develop partnerships with distributors, dealers, and resellers.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with distributors and dealers.
  • Provide regular training and support to partners on the company's product portfolio.

2. Market Expansion and Strategy

  • Identify and penetrate untapped regional markets for CCTV and surveillance solutions.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet distribution sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership.

3. Sales Enablement

  • Assist distributors in achieving their sales targets by providing tools, resources, and marketing support.
  • Implement incentive programs and loyalty schemes to motivate channel partners.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges faced by distribution partners to ensure smooth operations.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze distributor performance, sales data, and inventory levels.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales metrics, partner performance, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on distributor needs and market dynamics.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns tailored to regional distributors. 
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery. 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to support distributors in product installations and troubleshooting.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • Experience: 0–7 years of experience in distribution or channel sales, preferably in the CCTV, electronics, or security industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing distribution networks.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the CCTV industry, including AI-enabled and Edge AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
