Job Description:

Position:         QA/QC Head

Location:        Dahej

Experience:     7 - 10 Years

Industry :       Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance quality performance.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and adherence.
• Implement and manage quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products.
• Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
