Job Description:

Responsibilities for this role

  • You’ll be directly reporting to the co-founder, who operates  from Los Angeles, USA
  • Responsible for end-to-end performance marketing strategy and management across all channels, including Email Marketing (Apollo), UpWork, Account-based Sales, and LinkedIn.
  • Define a predictable outbound strategy to generate leads to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Must have qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing at a high-growth IT services company
  • Experience working with USA based company in a 'niche' creative services domain
  • Proven history of scaling marketing and sales channels in a service business, leading to revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

  4. How do you rate yourself on Technical Skills (Email Marketing tools like Apollo, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.)? Scale 1-10. Support that with 1-2 instances if available. 
  5. How do you rate yourself on communication (Written, Oral) in US English? Scale 1-10. Support that with 1-2 instances. 
  6. What changes 'when you sell a standard service at a lower rate' vs. 'when you sell a premium service'? Briefly mention your strategy (in 2-4 bullet points) on selling a premium and niche design service to high-end US clientele.
