Job Description:

Job Purpose:
Will manage the JLG, MHL product Leads and drive with them the entire end to product management
for these portfolios. Will be responsible for assisting rural channels with respect to any new
channel/variant/product launch, partnerships, trainings, designing product journeys and processes to
drive this business with end goal of ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Will also be responsible for engagement with multiple stakeholders to manage these portfolios
Key inputs are on below lines:
 Product Management.
 Process Management.
 Market dynamics.
 P&L Management.
 Motivate and manage the JLG, MHL teams to deliver these.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Product Management: Developing on –going market insight, Identify sector trends. Evaluate
competitors and offerings. Compare competitive products. Configure product SWOT &
uncover opportunities.
 Portfolio Review and Performance management: Development of market insight, Conducting
Post launch Product audits. Revaluate Competitor action. Analyze Product and Portfolio
Performance. Refining/evaluating Pricing Structure.
 Adjusting marketing and Promotional Plans. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of
Portfolios.
 Devising smooth/innovative customer journey end to end.
Process Streamlining: Customization/digitalization in the Loan process/system platform
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, costing etc.
 Ensuring regulatory compliances including closure of various audits
Product Sales Support: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-
ordination with various support vertical, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities:
 Coordinating with different stakeholders for smooth functioning of product.
 Maintaining MIS and Product decks for periodic reviews.
 Daily interaction with sales, operations, credit for reaching maximum and daily disbursal
volumes for the product along with product parameters related drive designs and execution.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
 Managing the product managers reporting to her/him to manage the product portfolio
trajectory.
 Ensuring hiring and retention of key personnels who are best of the talent pool.

 Enabling teams to deliver their key criteria by enabling and providing requisite support.
Key Success Metrics:
 Growth in the product portfolios along with sales support.
 Growth in product profitability and related parameters.
