Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale, multi-project programs designed to deliver enterprise telecom solutions. This role involves overseeing the implementation of services such as high-speed internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Execution
- Develop and manage program roadmaps for enterprise service delivery, aligning with business objectives.
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish clear milestones and monitor progress to ensure successful program execution.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between enterprise clients, internal teams (sales, engineering, operations), and vendors.
- Facilitate regular updates, address escalations, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to define program priorities and resolve roadblocks.
- Service Delivery Oversight
- Oversee the delivery of enterprise telecom services such as DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPNs, and managed services.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory compliance.
- Drive standardization and optimization of processes to improve service delivery efficiency.
- Risk and Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Monitor and resolve program-level issues and dependencies.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Financial and Performance Management
- Monitor program budgets, costs, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance to stakeholders and leadership.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within the telecom or ISP industry.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise service delivery programs, including connectivity solutions.
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
- ITIL certification (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity).
- Exceptional program management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

- On-time delivery of enterprise programs and services.
- Adherence to program budgets and financial targets.
