Job Description:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Acquire and nurture corporate clients for Current Account, Trade Finance, and Forex products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify business opportunities by understanding client needs and industry trends.
2. Relationship Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering customized financial solutions.
- Act as a single point of contact for all banking requirements of corporate customers.
3. Trade & Forex Solutions:
- Drive sales of trade finance products, including LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantees), Bill Discounting, and Export-Import finance.
- Offer Forex solutions such as forward contracts, currency swaps, and hedging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal forex policies.
4. Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth:
- Leverage relationships to cross-sell asset products like Working Capital, Term Loans, and Treasury solutions.
- Maximize fee-based income from Trade, Forex, and Cash Management services.
- Achieve revenue targets through structured sales and client engagement strategies.
5. Risk & Compliance Management:
- Ensure all transactions adhere to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct periodic due diligence and risk assessment of the corporate portfolio.
- Monitor account performance and address red flags proactively.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
- Provide market insights to internal teams for product enhancement and competitive positioning.
- Drive innovation in product offerings based on client feedback and market research.
